Step 1.

If you change your mind or have received an incorrect / damaged item, please email contact@dartsonline.com.au to request a return.

Please note: Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorisation.

Step 2.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, Darts Online will arrange and pay for the delivery back to our warehouse.

If you are returning your purchase due to a change of mind, you will need to arrange for the return of the item back to us at your own cost. All items are subject to a $10 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater. This will be deducted from your refund. We cannot refund the original shipping costs.

All items must be unused and in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging and sent back to us within 30 days of placing your order.

If you are returning items using your own courier, we highly recommend using a trackable delivery service which includes insurance. This will allow you to make a claim in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged. Darts Online cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us using your own courier.

Step 3.

Once we have received your returned items, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
